What is ProjectOne?

ProjectOne is a community driven functional fitness programme built around strength, mobility, and conditioning. We help people take control of their health, build confidence, and move better. No matter their starting point.

Where are sessions held?

All our sessions are currently held at Longford Park Community Centre. It’s a relaxed, friendly space where everyone’s welcome. No egos, no judgement.

What are the session times?

Sessions run every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00–8:00pm.

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our website. Just head to the Book A Session section. If you have any questions, reach out through the Contact page or email us at contact@projectonefitness.com.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, all sessions must be booked in advance to secure your place. Spaces are limited and we often fill up.

How much does it cost?

You can drop in for £8, or grab a 10-session pack for £65.

First-timers get 50% off their first session, so you can try it out with no pressure.

What should I bring?

Just your gym clothes, a water bottle and maybe a towel. We provide all the equipment you’ll need.

Do I need to be fit before joining?

Not at all. Every session is scalable, meaning you’ll work at a level that suits your current ability, with guidance to help you progress safely and confidently.

What kind of training will I be doing?

Each session blends strength, mobility, and conditioning in a way that builds real world fitness. Expect a mix of kettlebells, bodyweight, resistance bands, and cardio work designed to help you move, feel, and perform better.

How many people are in each class?

Typically around 20–25, which keeps things energetic but still personal enough for individual coaching and feedback.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you can carry it over to another date.

If you cancel within 24 hours, the session is non-refundable.

If we ever cancel, your session will simply be credited back to you.

We’ll always aim to give plenty of notice, and if you feel a refund’s more appropriate in special cases, just get in touch.

Can I come just once to try it out?
