I started ProjectOne because I believe training should be about more than quick fixes or chasing a number on the scales. Fitness has always been part of my life, sometimes obsessively, sometimes inconsistently. What I’ve learned is that the real benefits of training aren’t about how you look, but about how you live. Feeling stronger, moving without pain, having the energy to do the things you love — that’s what matters.

ProjectOne is my way of sharing that. Our sessions are built on strength, mobility, and conditioning, because those three pillars cover everything you need to be fitter, healthier, and more resilient for the long term. It’s training that carries over into everyday life, whether that’s exploring the outdoors, pushing for new challenges, or simply having more energy to live the way you want.
