PROJECT ONE is proud to offer personal training and sports conditioning. Jeremy offers at-home, outdoor, gym and web-based solutions for each athlete. He has options for strength training, partner training, weight management and sports conditioning as well as access to on-line training programs.
Sports Conditioning
If you're a triathlete looking to shave precious minutes off your PR, a tennis player who wants to get to the ball a little quicker, or a marathoner who can't quite figure out the solution to a nagging injury, Jeremy can help. He provides individualized programs that analyze your performance, strengths and weaknesses, then provides a comprehensive solution that includes:
  • Functional strength training: Training that allows you to perform your sport at your peak including targeted strength and stability training for the purpose of improving sport skill.
  • Flexibility training: Reach your full potential and reduce your risk of injury in your chosen sport with full range of motion. Jeremy designs athlete-specific dynamic stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Active Isolated Stretching and assisted flexibility routines
  • Athletic Conditioning: Learn the efficient and effective techniques of successful athletes.  Learn how movement patterning, balance training and corrective exercise techniques can make you a faster, stronger athlete.
Personal Training
If your goal is to become a stronger, better, fitter, or perhaps a little lighter version of you, Jeremy can help. He offers specific, intensive weight training and cardiovascular exercise solutions for everyone. Methods include body weight exercises, free-weights, TRX Suspension training, kettlebell, medicine ball, exercise ball, BOSU ball, exercise band training and a host of cardiovascular exercise options.

Complimentary Initial Consultation
A complimentary initial consultation, strength and fitness assessment is available. During this consultation, you'll get to know Jeremy's philosophy and techniques. Your past performance, nutrition, exercise, injuries and goals will be assessed and a plan for success discussed.
