PROJECT ONE Fitness Group Fitness Classes offer a unique way to challenge ONEself in a group setting. Reservations are required for all group events, so please call ahead.

BOOT CAMP CLASSES
Our Boot Camp Classes are 60 minutes long and comprised of a warm-up, cardiovascular endurance training, strength training, plyometric training, stretching and cool-down. Each and every class is different and presents new challenges. Our classes offer ways for people of ALL abilities to exercise themselves into better fitness. Whether you're a beginning exerciser or a veteran athlete, our Boot Camp Classes will provide you with unique and challenging workout for every major muscle group in your body. SEE SIDEBAR FOR DAYS AND TIMES.

RUNNING CAMP
Running Camp is offered as a way for individuals of ALL running abilities to come together and train in an organized setting. Whether you just want to enjoy an evening run with like-minded people, or your are getting ready for your next marathon, this group is for you! You set the pace, water and Gatorade will be provided and best of all, it's ABSOLUTELY FREE!

TRACK WORKOUTS
Track workouts provide you with a way to push yourself to your limits. After completing a few sessions, you WILL see an improvement in your fitness and/or at your next running event. Coach Jeremy provides a new workout each week that will include timed running drills, speed work, flexibility training and nutrition education. ALL experience levels are welcome! If you're new to running, don't worry, these weekly workouts are tailored to your ability by Jeremy. Track sessions are ABSOLUTELY FREE and water will be provided. Come on out and enjoy time with other runners. Jeremy is an experienced marathoner and certified USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach. SEE SIDEBAR FOR DAYS AND TIMES.
